THE LABORATORY

The Tyre Testing Laboratory started its activity in September 1993 and has been progressively increasing its quality level, obtaining accreditation in February 1998.

The laboratory is currently accredited by Ipac for the application of Regulations 30 and 54 CEE / ONU for new tyres and 108 and 109 CEE / ONU for retreaded tyres.

The Tyre Testing Laboratory of CNB / Camac is an entity that bets on the quality of its services, having a dynamic team with adequate training, having as motto the integrity, impartiality and satisfaction of the needs of its customers.

The Tyre Testing Laboratory has two wheel dynamometers and all the necessary equipment to apply the points of the regulations for which it is acreditado.

TRIALS


WE MAKE TRIALS TO YOUR TYRES!

In addition to the application of regulatory methods, the laboratory is able to carry out tests using methods suggested by its clients, if feasible.

In this context, its main activity is the execution of extended trials, ie, exceeding the statutory test time. These assays are particularly important in developmental studies.

 

IF YOU WANT TO SEND TYRES FOR TESTING, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHOULD ALWAYS BE COST OF YOUR CONSULTATION:

1 ) Regulation or test method to be applied;

2 ) Load index;

3 ) Speed index.

 

IF THE TESTS ARE INTENDED FOR APPROVAL / CONFORMITY AND PRODUCTION, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER:

Road tyres:

Regulations 30 and 108 EEC / UN

  1. Entries required in accordance with points 3 of the said regulations, or space for them;
  2. Sizing within specified;
  3. Floor wear indicators according to sections 6.1 and 6.7.7, respectively, for new and retreaded tires.

Commercial / Heavy Tyres:?

Regulations 54 and 109 EEC / UN

  1. Mandatory markings in accordance with points 3 of the above regulations (includes mandatory marking on the side wall of the test pressure in psi);
  2. Sizing within specified.
